- Strategic Business Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- General Summary : Strategic Business Executives promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising sales profits. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
REPORTING:
- Reports directly to GM of Business & Marketing.
CORE FUNCTION :
- Collaborates with GM of Business & Marketing in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and trained sales.
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS :
- Sales Activities.
- Managed Services Quota Attainment.
- Project Services Quota Attainment.
- Project Procurement Quota Attainment.
- Client Retention.
REQUIREMENT :
- We're looking for people who love the fact that we're evangelizing, more user-friendly, and more trustworthy services to businesses and consumers, exceptional people who thrive in our fun, dynamic, competitive sales culture!
- Age maximum 27 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in any fields, IT / Computer Science is a plus.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Prior experience in selling IT Services in software area is a big plus.
- Strong negotiation and profit / loss driven.
- Proficient in all the latest computer software.
- Positive mindset, stable, dynamic, energetic, mature, responsible and highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skill.
- Must have good appearance, high exposure, ability to work in a team and individually, honesty, discipline, willingness to work under pressure and over time.
- Possess superior client facing skills; strong ability to understand customer problem and needs and relate the same with solutions.
- Have a minimum of one (1) years of business-to-business outside sales experience, selling to clients in the professional services industry or other technology industry is a plus.
- Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms.
- Ability to work independently and travel is must, also willing to be located in existing areas of Semen Indonesia Group.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking skills and NEVER SAY DIE ATTITUDE!!!
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
